COVID-19 Policies

We are open for patients at all locations.

We strive to create a safe and clean workspace for our patients and staff. To do this, we follow current CDC guidelines and recommendations, as well as the applicable local requirements. We require all patients to wear face coverings. If you do not have a face covering, we will provide one to you. Gloves are also available to patients. Eyewear that has been touched will be put into a dedicated tray and disinfected hourly. All exam equipment, chairs, etc will be disinfected after each examination. The phoroptor, miscroscope, and occuluder will be disinfected a second time when seating a patient.

We request, if you are NOT a minor, please come to the office by yourself. If you must bring someone with you, only bring one other person. This will minimize the number of people in the store and reduce risk.

Patient check-in will involve verbal responses and verification for HIPAA requirements and insurance coverage. All patients will be asked a series of COVID-19 related questions.
